Eberhart Brothers now allows applicants to pay the required non-refundable $75 application fee online via PayPal. The application fee may be paid using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or PayPal funds. Applicants may also pay for multiple applications of the same apartment only.
In the form below, please choose the number of application fees to be paid and enter the name(s) of the applicant(s) and the address of the apartment being applied for. You must enter each applicant's name as it is written on the application form, as well as the corresponding apartment address and unit. Payments that are submitted without names and addresses will be considered forfeited; unpaid applications will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.
After pressing the "Pay Now" button, you will be redirected to PayPal's web site to complete the transaction. Please contact our office immediately if you do not receive an e-mail confirming your payment, or if you experience any issues with the payment system.
